With over 10 years’ experience in commercial real estate, Wilhelm spent seven years holding senior positions at major development firms, where he helped originate, underwrite and execute on development projects for leading institutional investors, incl ADIA, Starwood, Marathon and Ares.

Wilhelm holds an M.Eng in Civil Engineering from Imperial College London and began his career in oil trading at Glencore before transitioning to the real estate industry.
